Creator Suite

Creator Suite Terms of Service

Effective date: 30 October 2026
Terms URL: https://creatorsuite.stream/terms

1. About these Terms and the operator

Creator Suite is a pre-launch software product developed by Scott Patten, an individual, under the intended StudioThirtyTwo brand. StudioThirtyTwo is not incorporated and is not a separate legal person. These Terms do not describe StudioThirtyTwo as a registered company or as a registered sole-trader business.

Scott Patten currently has no fixed geographic residential or business establishment. No postal address is supplied or represented as an establishment. A law may separately require an establishment or geographic address before a particular online service or consumer contract is offered. Email does not satisfy such a requirement. These Terms govern use of the informational website only. They do not offer application downloads, public accounts, beta access, OAuth connections, subscriptions or paid services.

For questions about these Terms, contact privacy@creatorsuite.stream. For information about personal data, see the Privacy Policy.

2. Website use

The Creator Suite website currently provides information about the project and its development. It does not offer public software downloads, account registration, subscriptions or checkout. Product descriptions may discuss features under development; they are not an offer that those features are currently available.

You may view and use the website for lawful personal or business information purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, introduce malicious code, interfere with its security, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights or breaks the law.

The website may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn as the project develops. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes a legal responsibility that cannot be excluded.

3. Intellectual property

Unless a page says otherwise, the Creator Suite and StudioThirtyTwo names, logos, website design, text, graphics and other website materials are owned by Scott Patten or used with permission. Copyright and other intellectual-property laws protect them.

You may view the site and make a reasonable personal copy of information for your own reference. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or create derivative material from website content without prior permission, except where the law permits. This section does not give you rights in third-party names, logos or materials; those remain with their respective owners.

4. Information from third parties

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Those services are operated by others and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not mean that the provider endorses Creator Suite or that Creator Suite is approved by that provider. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, subject to any responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.

The website may describe planned or development-stage connections with Google/YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Restream or other platforms. Such descriptions do not mean an integration is currently available or approved. TikTok developer products are configured in a development Sandbox only; no public TikTok account connection, upload or direct-publishing integration is offered through this website. Google/YouTube production approval and real-account verification are not claimed.

5. Future software, accounts and connected services

Creator Suite Windows software, downloads, public beta access, accounts, OAuth connections and streaming features are not offered through the current public website. If any of these are later made available, they will be governed by additional or replacement terms shown before access or use. Those terms will explain the applicable licence, eligibility, feature availability, system requirements, account rules, content handling, third-party connections and support arrangements.

If Creator Suite makes YouTube API Services available through the application, the application will present the applicable connected-service terms before use. By using those YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

No licence to install or use unreleased software is granted by visiting this website. No service availability, release date, platform approval or continued third-party access is promised.

6. Future paid services and consumer rights

The website currently has no checkout, paid subscription, price, trial or purchase offer. These Terms do not create a payment obligation.

Before any paid service is offered, separate terms and the checkout will state the service, total price and applicable taxes, payment timing, duration and renewal (if any), cancellation route, refund arrangements, and any consumer cancellation rights and digital-content/service rules that apply. Applicable consumer protections cannot be excluded by contract. We will not rely on an unconfirmed price, subscription condition, cancellation route or refund policy.

7. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains information processed through the website and describes pre-launch application capabilities conditionally. It explains the purposes, recipients and privacy contact. These Terms do not authorize personal-data uses that are not described in the Privacy Policy or otherwise lawful.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Website information is provided to describe a project under development. We take reasonable care over information we publish, but do not guarantee that all descriptions are complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. You should not treat development descriptions as a promise that a feature, integration, platform approval or release is available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, nothing limits your statutory rights. The website is informational and no paid consumer contract is currently offered through it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website or project changes. The current version and effective date will be shown at https://creatorsuite.stream/terms. A change will not retrospectively remove a right you have under law.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms and any dispute about the informational website are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies to you.

The operator is Scott Patten, an individual, under the intended StudioThirtyTwo brand. No fixed geographic establishment or postal address currently exists. If a geographic address is legally required for a future service or consumer contract, that issue must be resolved before the relevant offer is made; this contact email is not a substitute.
